Our Courses
God, Guts,and Grit Course 6-9 year old Girls
What: A Faith based, Confidence building class for girls. All Levels of Faith.
Who: Girls ages 6-9 years old. Minimum 8 kiddos Max 12 kiddos. (My 10 year old daughter will be helping! She is red cross babysitter/first aid/CPR certified.
When: Friday April 11th (time 5:30-7pm)
Where: Ignite the Mind->11485 Hwy 285 Frontage Road, Conifer CO 80433
Why: As a coach of all ages, for decades, I find that a lot of girls and women lack the confidence they deserve to achieve their goals in life. Most feel inadequate, afraid of making mistakes or focus on their negatives, ignoring their achievements. Some get stuck in comparison (thinking other people are better than them), they avoid challenges and can have a difficult time making friends. If you are hearing a lot of negative talk from your kiddo, and feel they may have low self esteem… I’d love it if you were to give me the opportunity to try to help!
Cost: $30 per person
Description: 1.5 hour session interactive class for girls ages 6-9 that could benefit from some guidance with practicing being kind and encouraging to themselves, forgiving themselves, focusing on the positives, building positive, empowering relationships and
Challenge themselves. We will do projects like vision boards, create strength boards, group communication activities and games (and more!). I am of Christian Faith. I'm accepting 1 parent volunteer as the space is tight.

Intro To Agility Course
4-6 years old
What: An intro to Agility Course
Who: Boys and Girls age 4-6 years old (MUST BE POTTY TRAINED - training pants are fine :) accidents happen!).. Minimum 8 kids at this location..Max 8 kiddos. (lower kiddo count or future events may be held at my home)
When: Friday April 4th (5:30-6:30 pm)
Where: Ignite the Mind->11485 Hwy 285 Frontage Road, Conifer CO 80433
Why: As a coach of this age and older, I see the need to build a strong foundation first. For these little guys it's important to get them introduced to these types of activities for many reasons including coordination, cognitive skills, reaction, and health. My 10 year old daughter will be helping me out! She is red cross babysitter/first aid/CPR certified.
Cost: $ 40 per kiddo
Description: 1 hour session interactive class for boys and girls ages 4-6 that could benefit from some introduction to mini hurdles, ladder drills, fun games to help them develop coordination and sports skills. We will move tables and stay indoors for this one. I'm accepting 1 parent volunteer as the space is tight.
